This condition of use was contrary to the associated UL listing and labeling when using the equipment and exposed employees to a smoke and inhalation hazards in the event of RPT failure.   (b) Pier 3, Maintenance shop, Parts room:  On or about 12 August 2014 and times prior thereto a 120 volt, relocatable power tap was mounted to the shelf.  This condition of use was contrary to the associated UL listing and labeling when using the equipment and exposed employees to a smoke and inhalation hazards in the event of RPT failure.
