29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) On or about 08/14/2014, at the job site - employees were exposed to a 9 ft. fall hazard while installing plywood panels/decking on a 6 in 12 pitched roof. Fall protection was not used. b) On or about 08/14/2014, at the job site - employees were exposed to a 9 ft. fall hazard while conducting framing/floor joist activities on the building's interior walls. Fall protection was not used.
