29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     The AVILA FRAMING, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 452774, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/13/2012, with respect to a workplace located at or near 100 Crestwood Drive located in Beebe, Arkansas 72012.     On or about August 20, 2014, on top of a wood-framed residential building under construction located on the north side, the employer did not ensure employees working used any form of fall protection systems. Framers installing wood-framed trusses,  harnesses were not attached to a rope grab device or a vertical lifeline that was attached to an anchor on the building. This practice exposed the framers to fall hazards of 42 feet to the unfinished ground below.
