29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a)  NOTE TO CSHO: USE THIS OPTION ONLY IN CASES WHERE THE INFEASIBILITY/GREATER HAZARD EXCEPTION IS NOT IN ISSUE.  At the jobsite located at what is referred to as The Davidson Building (Club House), off Miralago Way, Saint Peters, Missouri (Cottleville) employee(s) were observed working along the edge of the open-sided platform belonging to a building under construction.  The fall distance to the ground below was approximately 10 feet (estimate obtained from exposed employees onsite).  The exposed employees were not wearing fall protection.      Avila Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 452774, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/13/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 100 Crestwood Drive, Beebe, Arkansas.  Avila Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 961474, citation number1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 06/04/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 6th & N Maple Street, North Little, Arkansas.
