29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     The AVILA FRAMING, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 452774, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/13/2012, with respect to a workplace located at or near 100 Crestwood Drive, Beebe, Arkansas 72012.     On October 25, 2014, on top of a wood-framed residential building under construction located at 1200 Brookwood Drive, Little Rock, AR 72202 on the west side, the employer did not ensure employees used any form of fall protection systems. Framers performing roofing activities were walking back and forth across the ridge of the roof without any form of fall protection system in place. This practice exposed the framers to fall hazards of at least 10 feet to the next lower level.
