29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     (a)  On or about August 21, 2014, the employees were exposed to injuries from falls approximately 20.0 feet while engaged in roofing activities.    Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").    Mundo Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313722977, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on November 11, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 23986 Currant Dr., Golden Co. 80007.    Mundo Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313717365, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 11, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 1515 Shortgrass Court, Castle Rock, Co 80109.
