29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): An exit access was not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points and the width of the exit and exit discharge was not at least equal to the width of the exit access:    Employees working inside the facility were exposed to hazards related to an untimely emergency evacuation in the event of an anhydrous ammonia leak. The exit access was not at least 28 inches:    a) Offal area, at the tongue and honeycomb table was 15 inches wide     b) Processing floor, at the Kryovac #3 was 21 inches wide    c) Processing floor, where the combo boxes were stationed was 13 inches wide

29 CFR 1910.37(b)(1): Each exit route was not adequately lighted so that an employee with normal vision can see along the exit route:   In the Processing floor between the Chuck Line and Loin Table, there was no emergency lighting. The lighting provide along the walls was not sufficient in the event of a power outage.

29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4): The direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent, signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge:  Exit signs were not provided throughout the Processing Area, to ensure that the direction of travel along the exit route was apparent from all work areas.
