29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii):Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): Employees engaged in activities using the Butcher Boy SA20 Saw were exposed to amputation hazards in that the employer did not ensure exposed portions of the Butcher Boy blades were guarded during operating cycles. The saw continuously operates during down time between pieces of product and the guarding height of the saw blade did not change as the point of operation changed with the different sizes of product to be cut.
