29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about August 20, 2014, at 7735 Sarahs Meadow Court, Suwanee, Georgia: An employee performing siding work was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10.4-feet when he worked from the top of a porch roof without using fall protection. Woodman Insulation Co. Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 898342, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 22, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at Smyrna, Georgia. Woodman Insulation Co. Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 982832, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on July 17, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at Milton, Georgia.
