29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about August, 27, 2014, at 182 Abby Grace Way, Lawrenceville, Georgia:   Two employees installing house wrap were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 13-feet and greater when they worked from the porch and garage roofs without using fall protection.   Woodman Insulation Co. Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 898342, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 22, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at Smyrna, Georgia.  Woodman Insulation Co. Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 982832, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on July 17, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at Milton, Georgia.
