29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. A.) Dynasty Construction Unlimited Inc.; Cobblestone Hotel, Corry, PA - On or about 8/27/14, employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to 18 feet while working on the roof. Employees were not utilizing fall protection systems while walking/working from the roof. Employees were performing work activities that included but were not limited to the installation of siding.
