29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. Bridleton Subdivision, 5730 Bridleton Crossing, Suwanee, GA (Jobsite) - Employees were exposed to fall hazard. Employee were working and walking on the double top plates and floor joists while in the process of installing braces for the second story floor walls, The employees were not utilizing fall protection and/or tied off utilizing a lanyard when working approximately ten feet from ground level, on or about 09/02/14.
