Vinico Garduno Rivera was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926. 501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1117220, citation number 2, item number 1, and was opened on 1/12/2016, and the FOD date 4/14/15 with respect to a workplace located at 265 Meeting St., Marietta, GA 30060. Repeat    (2).  Vinico Garduno Rivera was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926. 501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 9931140, citation number 1, item number 1, and was opened on 9/2/2014, and the FOD date 11/4/14 with respect to a workplace located at 5730 Bridgeton Crossing, Suwanee,  GA 30024.
