29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b).  On 10/1/2020, at the Hamilton Preserve subdivision located at 4278 Braselton Hwy., Hoschton, Georgia, employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 9' as they climbed wooden members to work/walk on the top plate of a home being constructed while not using fall protection systems while performing framing activities.  Vinicio Garduno-Rivera was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.50l(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1117220, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/24/2016, with respect to a workplace located at Lot #91 265 Meeting Street, Marietta, GA 30060.  Vinicio Garduno-Rivera was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.50l(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1274294, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/19/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 4460 Ivanhoe Walk Cumming, GA 30040.
