Employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck-by the load being lifted.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that the employer did not ensure the safety of the equipment pursuant to the considerations in sections (i) through (viii) of 29 CR 1910.303(b)(1):  In the far SW corner of the weld shop the electrical junction box cover would not shut due to the heavy gauge wires holding it open. Employees were exposed to a shock hazard.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  a. The electrical panels behind the Press Brake in the Fab Shop were blocked by pieces of metal leaning against the panels/wall. Employees were exposed to a shock hazard.  a. The electrical panel near the walk-thru exit door and green plastic trash can was blocked by the trash can and a large plastic pan setting on the floor. Employees were exposed to a shock hazard.

Employees were exposed to a shock hazard.  b. In the far SW corner of the weld shop the electrical junction box was missing a 3/4" knockout. Employees were exposed to a shock hazard.
