CFR 1926.501(b) (10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system; (a) CM Roofing LLC, 970 Yuma St., Denver, CO 80202: On and before September 2, 2014, two employees working on a flat roof not protected from falling by a system as described above. Specifically, the employees were observed working on the edge of the flat roof without the use of fall protection and outside the warning lines. Condition exposed employee to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is not required for this item.
