29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) At the residential construction located at 707 NE Tutor Road Lee's Summit, MO 64068: Employees were exposed to, but not limited to, chemicals associated with reroofing multiple apartment buildings at the same time. Employees engaged in reroofing work were using chemicals which have health effects such as skin and eye irritation as well as possible organ damage. The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program.

29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets. At the residential construction located at 707 NE Tutor Road Lee's Summit, MO 64068, employees were exposed to overhead hazards while working beneath other employees and were not wearing any means of head protection. Multiple employees were engaged in construction clean-up working from the ground while employees working overhead were tossing roofing materials to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: At the residential construction located at 707 NE Tutor Road Lee's Summit, MO 64068: Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards. Employees were using pneumatic nail guns when removing and replacing roofing shingles for multiple apartment buildings without the use of any form of safety glasses. Employees were exposed to struck-by hazard when eye protection was not provided nor worn at the time of the inspection.
