CM ROOFING LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD CFR 1926.501(B)(11), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1704501, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON APRIL 3, 2024, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 3150 ROCK QUARRY RD., COLUMBIA, MO 65201.
