OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. This violation occurred on or about September 9, 2014, a Grace Contracting employee in an elevated work platform on a Skytrak JLG 10054 rough terrain forklift was exposed to fall and caught in between hazards when the operator of the forklift left the forklift and climbed to the roof to assist in framing operations.
