29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about February 12, 2019, at the jobsite employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on a canopy and by the edge of a flat roof of a building 6 feet or more above the ground. The employees were not wearing personal fall arrest and had no other type of fall protection systems provided. The employees were exposed to fall hazards.
