29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure: Clubhouse of apartment complex: On or about October 1, 2014, employee(s) were exposed to a fall of greater than 6 feet to the ground level below, as they were not using a personal fall arrest system, or any other form of fall protection, while attaching rolls of waterproof felt to the wood roof, which had a pitch of 8:12.
