29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b). At the jobsite located at 7608 E 126th St., Grandview, MO 64030: Employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6' without any means of fall protection. The employees were removing the shingles of the roof in preparation for installing a new roof. Miguel Sanchez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1566729, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04-05-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 14 Sequoyah Point, Lake Winnebago, Missouri.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed. At the jobsite located at 7608 E 126th St., Grandview, MO 64030: Employees were exposed to fall hazards while utilizing a ladder that did not extend at least three feet to access an upper landing surface. The Employees were utilizing the ladder to access the roof of a residential home. Miguel Sanchez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1566729, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 04-05-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 14 Sequoyah Point, Lake Winnebago, Missouri.
