29 CFR 1910.136(a): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses protective footwear when working in areas where there is a danger of foot injuries due to falling or rolling objects, or objects piercing the sole, or when the use of protective footwear will protect the affected employee from an electrical hazard, such as a static-discharge or electric-shock hazard, that remains after the employer takes other necessary protective measures: (a) At the residential construction site located at 800 SE Oriole Court, Blue Springs, Missouri: An employee was exposed to hazards that might result in foot injuries. Employees engaged in installing support beam activities, using a pneumatic nail gun and hammer, were exposed to objects piercing his bare feet and falling objects such as steel beams and a hammer in that the employee wore no protective shoes.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) At the residential construction site located at 800 SE Oriole Court, Blue Springs, Missouri: Employees engaged in residential framing activities, walking the sill plates and walking metal support beams, were exposed to the fall hazards of approximately 8 feet from the top place of the first level of the residence to the interior of the structure in that fall protection was not utilized. Abatement certification is required for this item; use the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET for this purpose.
