29 CFR 1926.1424(a)(2)(ii): The employer did not erect and maintain control lines, warning lines, railings or similar barriers to mark the boundaries of the hazard areas: This violation was most recently observed on October 10, 2014, at Building 74 of the Cracken Plant; where employees were exposed to struck-by and caught-in-between areas while working near a GMK 5240 crane where the swing radius was not completely barricaded to prevent employees from entering into that area.
