29 CFR 1926.1424(a)(2)(ii): To prevent employees from entering hazard areas, the employer did not erect and maintain control lines, warning lines, railings or similar barriers to mark the boundaries of the hazard areas and/or did not train each employee to understand what these markings signify. On or about the June 08, 2016, facing south of Expressway, the employer failed to establish any control line for hazard area of the crane in operation.
