29 CFR 1910.151(c): When the eyes or body of any person were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  Employees working at drilling rig 106, SEC 16, TWP 32, R 12, 1500 fsl, 330 fel, Medicine Lodge, KS 67104 were exposed to chemical burns of the eyes and skin from caustic soda. A suitable facility for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes were not provided in the immediate working area of the pre-mix and the mud mixing area for emergency use.  29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
