29 CFR 1926.702(j)(1): Employee(s) was/were permitted to perform maintenance or repair work on equipment (such as compressors, mixers, screens or pumps used for concrete and masonry construction activities), where the inadvertent operation of the equipment: Location: 104 Northern Ave Boston, MA Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards where stored compressed air energy that was used to clean out the boom on a concrete pump truck had not been released. An employee was injured when he was struck by a pipe that blew off the truck when he released a clamp that was under pressure.
