Two instances were noted:      a. Bay 3, Panel labeled D, had a floor jack stored in front of the panel.         b. Bay 8, Panel labeled A1, had a push broom stored in front of the panel.  This condition exposed employees to an electrical shock hazard.

Bay 3; a 25 foot orange extension cord servicing a John Bean tire changing machine, SA 176222, Model EEWH306A1PH, Serial number not legible, was permanently mounted to the wall and attached to the pneumatic line.           b. Bay 4; a 15 foot black extension cord servicing a John Bean tire changing machine, SA 176222, Model EEWH306A1PH, Serial Number 06106025063006994 was permanently mounted to the floor and covered with angle iron.  This condition exposed employees to an electrical shock hazard.
