29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use.  a) 385 Tremont Ave East Orange, NJ (Shipping/Receiving and Motor pool)  a.  The eyewash station in the shipping and receiving area was blocked by equipment and or       miscellaneous parts on the floor and the temperature of the water was too hot       thereby preventing immediate use.          Violation observed on or about 10/24/2014    b. The eyewash station in the motor pool area was inaccessible to employees engaged in       filling wind shield washer fluid as the warehouse cluttered with miscellaneous equipment       thereby preventing immediate use.              Violation observed on or about 02/25/2015  VA New Jersey Health Care System was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.151(c), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314197054, citation number 1, item number 4, and was affirmed as a final order on 10/01/2010, with respect to a workplace located at 385 Tremont Ave East Orange, NJ.
