VA New Jersey Health Care System was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1,) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 994648, Notice number 1, Item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 4/9/2015, with respect to the same workplace located at 385 Tremont Ave, East Orange, NJ 07018. Violation occurred on or about 12/13/16
