OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer's hazard communication training did not specifically include the measures employees should take to prevent exposure to carbon monoxide when using the Rigid Kollmann KJ-3000 Water Jetter in an area with inadequate ventilation: On or about October 20, 2014, the employer did not ensure employees did not utilize a gasoline-powered Ridgid Kollman Pressure Washer indoors without adequate ventilation.
