29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:    a- 3 Cedars Avenue, Harvey Cedars NJ: An employee was exposed to fall hazards, of approximately 18 feet 8 inches to the ground surface below, when removing come-alongs and other related activities. Condition noted on or about 10/27/14.     Modular Home Erectors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926/501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315818781, citation number 1, item number 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on 3/28/12, with respect to a workplace located at Roma Street, Philadelphia PA 19145.    NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
