29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a. 108 Bolton Blvd., Berkeley Heights, NJ Employees engaged in the residential modular home erection were observed working from the roof at heights greater than 20 feet and were not protected from falls by use of a safety net system, guard rail system, or a personal fall arrest system. Violation observed on or about September 5, 2018 Modular Home Erectors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926 501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1004446, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on December 10, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 3 Cedars Avenue, Harvey Cedars, NJ 08008. Modular Home Erectors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926/501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315818781, citation number 1, item number 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on 3/28/12, with respect to a workplace located at Roma Street, Philadelphia PA 19145.
