29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b)(1) a-570 Route 17S, Upper Saddle River NJ 07458 (Residential Roof): CSHO observed employees engaged in the sheathing of a 6 on 12 pitched roof in which a means of fall protection had not been utilized exposing the employees to fall hazards of approximately 40ft to the asphalt below. Condition noted on or about 02/17/2022.
