29CFR 1926.501(b)(1):  Each employee on a walking/ working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:      a)  Employees engaged in HVAC work were not protected from fall hazards while working unprotected along the edge of a roof multifamily seven story building.    Armor Shield Construction Inc.,  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314420696, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on June 15, 2010, with respect to a workplace at 9013 W. Grand Ave., River Grove, IL 60171.    Armor Shield Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314686064, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 25, 2010, with respect to a workplace at 77 Rand Rd., Des Plaines, IL 60016.
