29 CFR 1910.107(e)(9): Flammable liquids or liquids with a flash point greater than 199.4 °F (93 °C) were transferred from one container to another,and were not effectively bonded and grounded to prevent discharge sparks of static electricity: Inside the paint room, employee(s) dispersed flammable AM-75 (acetone, methyl isobutyl ketone) and Trade Group Gun Wash (toluene, xylene and acetone) each from a 55-gallon drum into open metallic buckets without grounding and bonding. Grounding and bonding are required to prevent a static spark from igniting the flammable vapors.
