29 CFR 1926.62(j)(2)(ii): 29 CFR 1926.62(j)(2)(ii):  When the results of a blood lead level test indicated that an employee's blood lead level was at or above the numerical criterion for medical removal under 29 CFR 1926.62(k)(1)(i), the employer did not provide a second (follow-up) blood sampling test within two weeks after the employer received the results of the first blood sampling test:    At the time of the inspection, five employees had blood levels above 50 micrograms per deciliter and had not received a follow-up blood test within the two week of that test.
