29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms were not kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition: On or about November 3, 2014, and at times prior, for the employees working in the Acrylics Department on the third floor where combustible dust had settled onto open web beams, tops of ductwork, and other horizontal and vertical surfaces at American Standard located at 605 South Ellsworth Avenue in Salem, Ohio.
