A. Stucki Company Inc. dba American Industries, Inc.; back side of brake beams - On or about 11/12/14, oxygen and fuel gas cylinders were stored next to each other. A thin metal partition wall separate the two types of cylinders but it did not meet the 1/2 fire rating.
