29 CFR 1910.95(c)(1): The employer did not administer a continuing, effective hearing conservation program as described in 29 CFR 1910.9(c) through (o) whenever employee noise exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average sound level of 85 decibels measured on the A scale, or equivalently a dose of fifty percent: (a) On or about November 19, 2014, Panel Saw In - Feed was exposed to continuous noise at 170.4% of the permissible daily noise (eight hour time weighted average sound level of 90 decibels) or an equivalent sound level of approximately 94 decibels during the 410 minutes sampling period on 11/19/14. Exposure calculations included a zero increment for the time not sampled. (b) On or about November 19, 2014, Gang Rip Out-Feed was exposed to continuous noise at 148.1% of the permissible daily noise (eight hour time weighted average sound level of 90 decibels) or an equivalent sound level of approximately 93 decibels during the 429 minutes sampling period on 11/19/14. Exposure calculations included a zero increment for the time not sampled. (c) On or about November 19, 2014, Gang Rip In-Feed, was exposed to continuous noise at 200% of the permissible daily noise (eight hour time weighted average sound level of 90 decibels) or an equivalent sound level of approximately 95 decibels during the 423 minutes sampling period on 11/19/14.
