(i) Building 1, Wood Working Shop evacuation routes on east end of building was obstructed by a cart with boxes on it. (ii) Building 2, Warehouse evacuation route on south end of building was blocked by stacks of wood, a banding machine, banding material and wood.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: (a) Throughout facility; Material was stored within 3 feet of electrical panels and was blocking access to the panels. (i) Building 2, Storage Warehouse had a banding machine, lawn mower, weed eater, shop vacuum and dolly were stored in front of electrical panel. (ii) Building 3, Laminating Area and Spray Booth had stacked card board boxes with wood products located within 2 feet of electrical panel. (iii) Building 1, Wood Working Shop maintenance shop had a work station chair, 55 gallon drum with waste banding material and tool boxes within the immediate area in front of the electrical panel.
