29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system. On or about November 20, 2014, employees who were removing roofing material from a mobile home were not provided fall protection. The employees were exposed to a fall hazard at a height of over 6 feet to the ground below.
