29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: (a) Rosenboom Machine & Tool, Inc. on or about November 24, 2014, at the address of 1032 S. Maple St. Bowling Green, OH: The employer failed to ensure the Air Drill Press (machine #4050) located in the machine area was adequately guarded. Employees operating the drill press were exposed to rotating parts and caught-in hazards during hydraulic barrel fabrication operations.
