29 CFR 1917.45(g)(8): A minimum clearance of three feet was not provided between trucks or the structures of rail-mounted cranes and any other structure or obstruction. a) Jobsite: Apron area - A security vehicle was struck by a rail mounted gantry crane traversing on the tracks without a minimum clearance of 3 feet between the vehicle and the crane thus exposing employees to struck by hazards, on or about 11/06/14.
