(Marine Terminal Reference: 1917.44(o))    a) 3301 South Columbus Blvd, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania - The employer failed to ensure that employees were properly deflating chassis tires before attempting to remove the tire and wheel assembly from the chassis.  An employee was struck in the face and chest when the inner tube of a tire exploded propelling the tire and wheel assembly towards the employee. Observed on or about 29 JAN 2020.
