29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) 1222 DELAWARE AVE, WYOMISSING PA, ROOFTOP - Employees performed roofing work at heights above 15 feet, and the employees were not protected by fall protection, thereby exposing employees to serious injuries, on or about December 16, 2014. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Bachman's Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 980871, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/04/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1680 East Thistle Drive, Wyomissing PA 19610.
