29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(viii):Portable fire extinguishers were not inspected periodically in accordance with maintenance and use of portable fire extinguishers, N.F.P.A. No. 10A-1970: a) 1024 Sparrow Way, Breinigsville, Pa - On or about Aril 30, 2024, employees are performing roofing work in a residential development. The employee utilize a hydraulic aerial dumpster for debris. The machine is equipped with a ready use fire extinguisher. The extinguisher's gauge was observed with its needle in the left red zone, indicating that the fire extinguisher is undercharged and warrants a recharge.
