29 CFR 1910.107(g)(2): All spraying areas were not kept as free from the accumulation of deposits of combustible residues as practical, with cleaning conducted daily if necessary:    Employees engaged in spraying finishing operations used AmerShield paints and other flammable products and the booth interior was not kept as free as possible of combustible residues as possible.    Kongskilde Industries, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.107(g)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 642138, citation number 1, item number 1B and was affirmed as a final order on December 04, 2012 , with respect to a workplace located at 19500 North 1425 East Rd. Hudson, IL 61748.

29 CFR 1904.7(b)(4):  When an injury or illness involves restricted work or job transfer but does not involve death or days away from work, the employer must record the injury or illness on the OSHA 300 Log by placing a check mark in the space for job transfer or restriction and an entry of the number of restricted or transferred days in the restricted workdays column:      Kongskilde Industries, Inc., Hudson, IL:  On or about December 22, 2014, the employer did not record the correct number of days of restricted work activity, resulting from work-related injuries or illnesses, on the OSHA 300 Log for the calendar year 2014:     a.         On or about October 3, 2014, a recordable injury occurred resulting in a sandblasted left pinky finger and restricted work activity.  The case was marked as a restriction in Column I of the 2014 OSHA 300 Log and the number of restricted days was not recorded.
