29 CFR 1910.110(f)(2)(i): LP gas container(s) in storage were not located so as to minimize exposure to excessive temperature rise, physical damage, or tampering by unauthorized persons:   (a)  Steel Yard - On or about January 9, 2015, three, 33.5 pound propane gas cylinders, were stacked upon each other and reached approximately 6 feet in height from the ground level.  The empty cylinders were not protected from vehicular traffic and could easily be knocked over and sustain damage. A forklift truck was observed parked near the cylinders.
