29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) Aerosol can 3-5 filling line / The power cord to the Bag on Vale filling machine did not have strain relief. The outer cover of the cord was not in the plug end and the wires had become exposed, exposing employees to possible shock hazards.
